Runners are required for Year 5 up.
Runner must be an adult and have name entered on the team sheet.
Lanyard and vest is to be worn so you know what is required of you. In summary:
Not permitted to carry water.
Not permitted to stay on the oval. Just relay the message from the Coach and leave immediately.
Enter and exit through the interchange area.
Do not argue or dispute or abuse umpires and their decisions.
